The products I purchased from ESP were of very high quality and all look spectacular in my Bathroom. My experience was extremely positive. Showrooms are excellent and consultants give a personal service, if you have to come again they are happy to oblige. My consultant was Anja who was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and most important of all gave me confidence in what I was buying. Despite coming with a tight budget Anja was able to find me what I needed. After I received my quote I shopped around and was pleased that ESP price matched. My experience had been so positive that despite receiving a call from the competitor to yet again beat ESP's price I turned them down as I felt ESP had earned alot of goodwill with me.
There was slight complication with my order but it was given immediate attention and resolved. I also got a call from the Sale Manager, Sohail, to apologise personally and explain what went wrong. He also graciously took on my feedback and promised to implement some recommendations I made.
